How it works

You lift – Theorem tracks and coaches

Every rack, bench and machine has cameras and sensors. Theorem counts your reps, reads the weight, and coaches your form.

Coaches

Pick from our library of coaches – or use your own.

A few examples from the library, each an expert in a different kind of training with its own way of coaching, and all reading the same measurements from your set. Or build your own, or send your data to the AI agent you already use.

Works with the following AI agents

ChatGPTClaudeGeminiMuse

Vic

Bodybuilding. Blunt and old-school, all about effort and the muscle you're working.

Reyes

Athletic performance. High energy, and focused on aspects like explosive power, balance, and functional movements.

Noor

Evidence-based training for longevity. Calm, and explains the why behind every change.

Mara

Competition lifting. Precise and technical, one fix at a time.

Sam

New to lifting. Encouraging, plain words, never more than one cue.

Your own AI

Describe the coach you want, or connect the AI you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Muse or your own agent.

The founders

Why we're building Theorem

Hey! It's Kulan and Kevin, the founders of Theorem.

Ten years of lifting taught us how easy it is to train hard and go nowhere. Personal trainers fixed that for an hour a week, and then we were back to being on our own.

We built Theorem to take the guesswork out of strength training, and help you be as effective as possible with each minute you spend in the gym. We're making lifting a science, not an art.

If you're interested in learning more, or have ideas on how to make Theorem better, we'd love to hear from you.

Onwards,

Kulan & Kevin
